Water, Sanitation & Hygiene

Connecting safe water, dignified sanitation and healthy hygiene with education, menstrual health, inclusion and community wellbeing.

Overview

What this program focuses on

Safe water, dignified sanitation and healthy hygiene are not privileges; they are foundations for health, dignity and education.

We treat WASH as a platform for inclusion and community empowerment, especially for girls whose school participation can be affected by inadequate menstrual-health facilities.

Why it matters

Safe water and dignified sanitation are basic rights. Inadequate facilities affect health, attendance and safety, with girls and women often carrying the heaviest burden.
